Seek Me With All Your Heart

If there is nothing else this whole day, this whole life, let it be that I have seen the Lord, that I have heard His voice, that I have felt the touch of His hand. In His presence, I am home. In His light, I can see. In His love, I am lifted, and my heart is filled. All that is necessary is here. All the toys and treasures and feasts of the world mean nothing. Our God, our Savior, our Lord, gives us our daily bread, our Living Water, our Light in the darkness, our manna in the desert, our breath of life and meaning, our joy of being with Him and knowing Him. And for this and everything else He adds, we give thanks. We celebrate and sing. We ponder and praise. We humbly bow and pray. And we walk with our God. No greater riches can be given us. We abide; we exist; we remain, with our Lord Jesus Christ. And in this life of eternity, our eyes and our hearts see Him --- and know Him and love Him and seek and strive for Him, to be closer, ever closer. And our lives are made full and complete, not with the glitter of the world, but with the grandeur of God, with the wisdom of the Word, with the hope and power and perfection of Christ. Be still and know. Stand up and sing. Dance and wrap yourself in the warmth of the Son. Let God reveal Himself to you. Give thanks.

But seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added unto you as well. --- Matthew 6:33
